Four fully automatic SMT lines under one roof

Every line runs the same closed loop: a fully automatic ESE paste printer, Pemtron 3D SPI with printer feedback, Hanwha chip shooters and fine-pitch placers, nitrogen reflow from TSM and Vitronics, and Pemtron 3D AOI with a 10 MP camera — with in-line loaders and unloaders at both ends, so boards go from bare PCB to inspected assembly without manual handling.

On customer request, Elymer has been designing and employing fully automated test fixtures for testing PCBs (off load and on load) using Mechanical CAD, and NI LabView DAQs and switches controlled by dot net front end.
